He PMed me about making those reports and he is claiming to try to be "useful" and whenever I PM him he brings up a long ago issue about "police/moderator brutality" and privilege abuse. Also over uses report feature a lot, I dont know if maliciously (I bet he is) or if he's ignorantly annoying us by trying to being useful (mind you, 100+ reports).
